So it IS true ... you don´t quite recover as well as 30+ than at 29. It is a FACT. Went out yesterday, normal for a saturday ... except that i work on sunday and today was a pretty intense day at work ... Woke up at 6am (when i went to bed at 4.30am) and just realized that yeah, one hour and a half worth of sleep was just fine 10 years ago, not so much nowadays.
So i'll take my old self to bed right now and fall into delicious oblivion until morning. So it's 7pm. And your point is ?
